Home Drone Solutions president, and lead inspector Chris Goldin grew up as the son of a 52-year "Good Neighbor" insurance agent.
He often accompanied his father during residential and commercial property inspections, and soon assumed the maintenance duties of his dad's insurance agency building.
Chris went on to gain extensive esperience in various trades, including flooring, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, roofing and painting.
As a young man, he joined his father's insurance agence, where Chris learned the complicated world of property/casualty coverages. He also soon took on the role of agency property inspector for residential, commercial and farm/ranch customers. In later years, Chris would become agency manager and, eventually, a managing partner.
Upon retiring from his 30-year career in the insurance and financial services industry, Chris fulfilled a lifelong dream, and moved to Florida.
Under the guidance of licensed general contractors, he gutted and rebuilt his new home in strict compliance with local building codes and regulations, exceeding the standards whenever possible.
Chris's decades of experience in construction and insurance coverages makes him uniquely qualified to help the people of Sarasota and Manatee counties as a highly knowledgeable residential/commercial property inspector and drone photographer.
Always guided by the timeless principles of honesty, trust and integrity, Chris brings these values to all his endeavors, both personally and professionally.
He also has a heart for helping others, and has lent his skills and energies to a wide variety of worthwile organizations, including the Shriners, the VFW Auxiliary and several national charities.
